Our Goal
At Nimble Woods Farm, our goal is to teach people to ride Western safely on a leisurely basis. No matter your goals, we strive to give people the confidence and knowledge to care for and own a horse of their own one day. We teach students to ride from ages five and up.
Our Facility
Our facility has an outdoor riding arena equipped with lighting for night riding, a six stall barn, and a seating area for viewing. The quality of our horses plays an important role in the safety and ability for our riders to learn, and have been selected for the various needs of our riders from beginner to advanced. We take quality care of our horses and tend to their needs.
Our Instructor
Meghan Ritchey has over 20 years experience in the horse industry. She is an NRHA world champion and has placed in the top 10 consecutive times, as well as receiving an IHSA National team title in 2008. She's assisted in coaching both IHSA and IEA teams. She is passionate about teaching and dedicated to ensuring our students receive the best possible education and experience. Whatever you personal goals may be in the equine field, she will strive to help you achieve them.
